about idi
The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) is a statistically reliable, valid measure of intercultural sensitivity. Based on Milton Bennett's Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity (DMIS), the IDI was constructed and tested by Dr. Mitchell R. Hammer and Dr. Milton J. Bennett. It has been widely used since 1998 in both corporate and educational settings in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
